Missions and Fellowship
Christian relationships are the heart of fellowship. Throughout the year, we have many opportunities to grow relationships through fellowship - Ingenerational Sunday School during Summer and Advent, Wednesday Night Dinners and Worship/Study in Advent and Lent, Our annual Pig Pickin' in August, Seersucker Sunday in late August and more.
We also have Cookies and Lemonade following worship on occasional Sundays - our next one will be May 20, Pentecost Sunday, when we will also do a Butterfly Release.
GAMES are are great way to build relationships and fellowship! JOIN US FOR ICE CREAM AND GAMES on Saturday July 14, 5:00 until 9ish. Bring a finger food appetizer and a favorite ice cream topping (ice cream provided). If you have a favorite board game, bring that also, we will have a large selection of fun and unusual games and someone to teach! Questions? Email Glenn Kirkconnell.
MONTREAT IN THE FALL! Join us September 30-October 5 for an adult retreat to Montreat for Fall Craft Week. We have a house we've rented (sleeps 11) and will be together for meals and fellowship between classes at the Craft Week. Register for the Craft Week through Montreat (opens later this spring). Don't feel crafty? Come for a week of relaxation in one of God's most beautiful areas. House members share the cost of housing and food - and Leslee Kirkconnell cooks for you!
