Seating of the Family General Information:

 

• You will need one usher per 50 guests.
• The sanctuary will hold 350 guests; Chapel will hold 50 guests.
• The Wedding Coordinator will organize and direct the seating of all family members.
• Groomsmen/Ushers will be with the Wedding Coordinator one and a half hours before the service to walk through their responsibilities and will be told when they will need to be available to be seated.
• Grandparents typically check in with the Wedding Coordinator and are seated at the back of the sanctuary/chapel twenty minutes before the service to wait to be escorted to their seats at the proper time.
• The Bride, Bridal Party and Bride’s parents wait in Bride’s room.  The Mother of the Bride typically waits with her daughter until it is time to be seated.
• Groom’s parents typically wait in the 10^th Street Parlor and are escorted to the back of the sanctuary/chapel approximately ten minutes before the wedding begins to wait to be escorted to their seats.
