LOVING NURSERY CARE is available for Infants and Toddlers from 9:00am through 11:30am, and at other times as arranged.
CHIMES AND CHOIR have completed their year. We will resume our rehearsals on Sunday August 20, 2017, 9:00am
SUNDAY SCHOOL BEGINS AT 9:30AM! Children of all ages come to Sunday School in the children's center (located in the lower level)!
•Preschool age students will meet in Room 16. Students will be using Growing in Grace and Gratitude curriculum.
•K-3rd Grade students will meet in Room 20. The Godly Play curriculum will be used to facilitate this class.
•Grades 4 & 5 will meet in Room 15. Growing in Grace and Gratitude curriculum helps our children grow in faith.
CHILDREN in CHURCH
All children are welcome to worship at our Church! Nursery is available for Infants through age 3 downstairs, as needed.
We have children's worship packets available in the Narthex and each week, children who complete their worship sheet may choose a treat from the Treasure Box (see Leslee Kirkconnell).
Our third through fifth graders assist in worship as acolytes.
"Children bring special gifts to worship and grow in the faith through their regular inclusion and participation in the worship of the congregation. Those responsible for planning and leading… children in worship should consider the children’s level of understanding and ability to respond… The Session should ensure that regular programs of the church do not prevent children’s full participation with the whole congregation in worship, in Word and Sacrament on the Lord’s Day.”
