We explored Intentional Authentic Evangelism more deeply as Matthew presented a preaching series on the Habits.   Radical Welcome, Worship, Sacraments, Prayer, Justice, Teaching, Fellowship and Generosity.  Evangelism is not scary, indeed it is thoroughly part of our everyday lives!

Our Earlier Series:

From September 13-October 25, 2020 we  gathered via zoom to dig deeper.

Sunday September 13 - The Rev. Dr. Aimee Moiso, from Vanderbilt University, on Conflict and how we can respond.  Click here for the September 13 video.

Sunday September 20 - The Rev. Dr. Aimee Moiso returned via video to talk about Reconciliation.  Click here to watch.

On September 27, we watched some videos from our denomination and heard from our leaders on their thoughts.  Click here for the video.

October 4,  we welcomed Ryan Dearbone, from the local NAACP and Dr. Saundra Ardrey, and their work in addressing racism here in Warren County.  Click here to watch the video.

October 11 we continued the conversation around racism and what we at TPC can do.  We watched a short video about white privilege and then talked about that.  Click here for the class video.

October 18 had a wonderful conversation with Abraham Williams  and his work with the Housing Authority.  He presented a number of opportunities for us to help directly, even while we must be apart!  Click here for the video.

October 25 Judy Whitson led us in a discussion of what we can do NOW to address systemic poverty.  Plans were made!  Watch the video to see how you can be involved - and it's safe!
